KERI WINSER
Keri loves comedy & ‘very severe’ drama, specializing in accents—you name it and she’ll imitate it! She is a great impersonator with a ‘flexible’ face capable of conjuring up many expressiopns. People have remarked and have even created roles for her specifically because of how much she and Jim Carrey are similar. She likes physical challenges and using her body to portray the inner character and loves how abstract that can be. She once played Hatchet-Face from the cult classic Cry Baby in her school Fringe Festival where she distorted her lips and eyes on stage and never once relaxed her face while performing (she has amazing endurance!) She has played Rosalind in As You Like It, Mother Courage in scenes one and eleven, Snug the joiner, Alcyone from Mary Zimmerman’s Metamorphoses, and she has even played a David Bowie persona in her senior play with David Smith. Keri has a wonderful stage presence and pleases everyone who watches her. She hopes to pursue acting as a life long passion and career. If you like what you see and have the means to introduce her to some one who will get her in the in, please contact her at keriwinser89@gmail.com or call her at 415-256-1182.
